Darelle – Founder and CEO

Darelle brings a huge amount of experience in sales, marketing and training in the luxury goods sector to all Turning Heads’ engagements.

Darelle studied psychology and has a strong background in the field, giving her the edge in interpersonal skill training. She works with only the best and actively invests in upskilling her team, personally coaching them in brand promotion and teaching them advanced sales techniques.

Her incredible drive, attention to detail and hands-on approach make her an absolute powerhouse in terms of ensuring each promotion leaves no stone unturned in its efforts to maximise your campaign’s returns.

Gerard – Financial Director

With a background of over 20 years in the business and finance sectors Gerard specialises in market disruption and engagement. He brings the perfect mix of creative and innovative thinking and system orientated implementation.

Belinda – Junior Accounts Manager

For the past 3 years Belinda has been a dedicated member of the Turning Heads team, working on the front line for many promotional activations and doing part-time Brand Ambassador work for our leading clients. Belinda prides herself in her understanding of sales and the needs and expectations of customers having worked closely with them on the shop floor.

Belinda truly believes in the importance of strong, authentic relationships with those around her and prides herself in her ability to build these with those she is working alongside.
